I did find it odd that Minimum Requirements do not require you to be a woman.
Minimum Requirements for Selection:
High school graduate or have a G.E.D.
Must live in (or relocate to) the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and have reliable means of transportation.
Must be able to attend all rehearsals.
Must be 18 years old by Preliminaries.
All necessary documentation to work in this country and in this capacity.em>

They have stricter prerequisites than Obama had to meet to serve as President. :)
